В помощи новым регионам задействованы все региональные отделения «Единой России», отметил секретарь Генсовета партии Андрей Турчак на ВКС по итогам года.
«Партия развернула масштабную миссию, в рамках которой мы собрали и передали жителям Донбасса более 16 тысяч тонн гуманитарной помощи. В зоне СВО были открыты десятки гуманитарных центров. Каждый из вас и коллективы, которые вы представляете, внесли свой существенный вклад в эту работу. Пользуясь случаем, хотел бы ещё раз поблагодарить всех за неоценимую помощь, которую вы за десять месяцев оказали и продолжаете оказывать людям», — сказал Андрей Турчак.
Он отметил, что после вступления Донецкой и Луганской Народных Республик, Херсонской и Запорожской областей в состав России направления гуманитарной миссии «Единой России» расширились.
«Мы продолжили оказывать помощь мирному населению. Одновременно с этим вошли в режим „всё для фронта, всё для Победы“, направив свой ресурс на помощь мобилизованным, фронту. Мы занимаемся отправкой на передовую необходимого оборудования, обмундирования. Здесь также никто из вас не остался в стороне», — подчеркнул Андрей Турчак.
Он также выделил направление работы «Единой России» по помощи семьям военнослужащих.
«Это комплексная работа, которая включает в себя и законотворчество — пакет федеральных законов, которые были инициированы „Единой Россией“, уже приняты и подписаны Президентом. Наши фракции в региональных парламентах инициировали ряд дополнительных мер социальной поддержки участников СВО и их семей. Также оказываем адресную бытовую помощь семьям наших ребят», — напомнил Андрей Турчак.
Секретарь Генсовета отметил, что темпы и объемы гуманитарной миссии «Единой России» в 2023 году снижаться не будут.
Как отметил депутат Государственной Думы, заместитель секретаря Московского областного регионального отделения партии «Единая Россия» по организации волонтёрского движения Александр Толмачёв, подмосковные активисты с первых дней СВО работают на Донбассе.
«Ребята помогают в госпиталях, собирают и развозят гуманитарную помощь, работают с детьми. Активная работа организована и в самом Подмосковье, где молодогвардейцы включились в помощь семьям мобилизованных. Волонтёры внесли большой вклад в помощь жителям Донбасса — как тем, кто остался дома, так и тем, кто был вынужден покинуть малую родину и переехать. А Государственная Дума, в свою очередь, поддержала добровольцев принятием ряда важных законов. Это и закон о государственных гарантиях волонтёрам, который защищает добровольцев в случае ущерба их жизни или здоровью, и закон об оплате услуг связи наравне с оплатой питания и проезда», — прокомментировал Александр Толмачёв.
«Единая Россия» с первого дня проведения спецоперации оказывает всестороннюю помощь эвакуированным жителям Донбасса, а также тем, кто остался в ЛДНР, в Херсонской и Запорожской областях. Региональные отделения партии доставили уже более 16 тысяч тонн гуманитарного груза в новые регионы, в том числе медикаменты.
С начала СВО «Единая Россия» оказывает помощь фронту. Только в октябре партия собрала более 1,2 млрд рублей на закупку спецсредств, квадрокоптеров, беспилотников, средств связи, тепловизоров и экипировки для бойцов на передовой.
На Донбассе и новых территориях работает более 40 гуманитарных центров «Единой России». Курируют их работу депутаты Госдумы. Также партия координирует работу врачей-волонтеров. Группы медиков разных специальностей регулярно прибывают в больницы Донбасса и оказывают помощь мирному населению и раненым военным. В общей сложности с начала СВО в рамках гуманитарной миссии «Единой России» около тысячи врачей-добровольцев из регионов России приехали на помощь коллегам в ЛДНР.
Помимо этого, «Единая Россия» и общественное движение #МЫВМЕСТЕ объединились для оказания поддержки семьям мобилизованных. Помощь оказывается в формате «одного окна» — поступающие в единые штабы заявки от семей распределяются между волонтёрами и исполняются. За время работы в объединенные штабы помощи в регионах обратились более 6 тысяч заявителей — родственников мобилизованных граждан. В основном близкие участников СВО обращаются по вопросам начисления положенных выплат, дополнительного обеспечения экипировкой, за консультациями по ведению бизнеса, если призванный гражданин был собственником предприятия, а также за бытовой помощью.
Активисты «Молодой Гвардии Единой России» и «Волонтерской роты» оказывают адресную поддержку военнослужащим, проходящим лечение в российских госпиталях. Это направление партия реализует вместе с Минобороны и фондом помощи инвалидам и ветеранам боевых действий «Своих не бросаем». С момента частичной мобилизации 84 волонтера МГЕР ушли на фронт по призыву или добровольцами. Около 250 депутатов «Единой России» различного уровня, в том числе Госдумы, сегодня находятся в зоне СВО.
