Жителям ЖК «Усово-Парк» самим приходится платить за право подъехать к дому. На въезде в поселок установили шлагбаум, и работники некой фирмы «Диалог» взимают плату за проезд – от 50 до 100 рублей.
Даже чек дают.
«Когда мы покупали квартиры, нам обещали, что из поселка будут выезды на Новорижское и Ильинское шоссе. Теперь за выезд с Новой Риги приходится платить. Знала бы, что так будет, не стала бы квартиру брать», — поделилась жительница поселка.
Женщина рассказала, что с нее пытались взять плату даже за пеший проход мимо шлагбаума.
На будке возле КПП вывесили листок формата А4, на котором сообщается, что ООО «Диалог» взяло в аренду организацию въезда и выезда на М9. По мнению юристов, такая деятельность не может быть законной.
Жители написали заявление в правоохранительные органы и планируют обращаться в суд.
