Новый виток наметился в истории коммунальных войн в Красногорске. Несколько месяцев управляющая компания ДЭЗ пытается вернуть в лицензию многоквартирные дома. Жители, кстати, тоже в большинстве своем хотят обратно под крыло к «своей» УК. Однако, время идет, суд за судом подтверждают правоту ДЭЗа, а воз и ныне там. Дома числятся под управлением «ЖКХ-Онлай», и, по уверению администрации и ГЖИ, именно этой конторе жители должны платить по счетам.
При учете того, что фактически дома продолжает обслуживать ДЭЗ, многие жильцы либо платят этой УК, либо не платят квартплату вовсе, в лучшем случае перечисляя средства напрямую ресурсникам.
Конечно, в результате в сфере ЖКХ возникли долги и вообще напряженная ситуация. Дровишек в огонь подкинули листки, которые появились на дверях подъездов. В документе, похожем на бланк администрации округа, за подписью первого зама главы Романа Комиссарова, жителей призывают платить за коммуналку в адрес ЖКХ-Онлайн как легитимной согласно реестру управляющих компаний Московской области.
Кроме того, в документе сообщается, что в отношении ООО «ДЭЗ» в УМВД России по Красногорску возбудили уголовное дело по факту незаконного выставления платежных документов жителям многоквартирных домов.
«После многочисленных жалоб жителей, направленных в Администрацию Президента РФ, Путин дал распоряжение разобраться в ситуации с происходящим хаосом в ЖКХ Красногорска. Разобраться решили, не по Закону, а по понятиям. Ну как тут у нас и принято», — отреагировали на сайте ДЭЗа.
По мнению автора материала на сайте управляющей компании, на портале ГИС ЖКХ появились поддельные протоколы общих собраний собственников домов ООО «ДЭЗ» и договоры управления с поддельными подписями жителей, якобы проголосовавших за «ЖКХ-онлайн» в июле-августе 2020.
«Причем среди поддельных подписей есть даже якобы подпись самого руководителя ООО «ДЭЗ» Кузнецова Д.Б., проживающего в одном из спорных домов», — добавляет автор материала.
